Accelerating towards 2030

In 2025 we revisited our CSR roadmap, setting new ambitious and quantified goals. We have defined 10 key objectives that reflect our commitment to climate action, resource efficiency, circularity, user health and wellbeing and a safe, stimulating work environment for our employees.

A significant step forward is the inclusion of Scope 3 emissions in our greenhouse gas targets. Our climate ambition is now aligned with the Paris Agreement trajectory and has been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time. We are committed to reducing our carbon emissions by 30% by 2030, compared to 2019 levels.

We strive to preserve our natural ecosystems. To minimize our impact, we are increasing the use of recycled and natural materials in our products.

We believe it is urgent to close the loop and rethink usage to limit waste. Our floors and walls are designed to support the transition to a circular economy - easy to remove, reuse and recycle.
